We’ve Got a Crush on Olives and Grapes!

Dark Chocolate Bread Pudding


1 lb. loaf of cinnamon bread, chopped into pieces

2 cups half and half

2 eggs

1 cup chocolate chips

1 tbsp. Lemon EVOO

1 tbsp. Olivezia Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar

For Sauce:

1 tbsp. Olivezia Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar 

2 tbsp. brown sugar

1/3 cup heavy cream                                                       

2/3 cup chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 and grease an 8 x 8 baking dish.

Heat the half & half, chocolate chips, and lemon oil over medium to high heat. Stir constantly until the chocolate is melted.

In a separate bowl whisk the eggs, brown sugar and Dark Chocolate Balsamic. Once mixed, stir into the chocolate mixture.

Pour bread pieces into a greased baking dish and push down. Pour the chocolate mixture over the bread. Allow bread to soak in the chocolate mixture.

Bake for 20-22 minutes. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.

Heat all the sauce ingredients together over medium to high heat, stirring until the chocolate has melted.

All to cool and thicken slight before serving over the bread pudding. Enjoy!
