sriracha salmon

Directions:

Make the Maple Sriracha Glaze first. Simmer Maple Balsamic in a small sauce pan for about 6 minutes. Make sure liquid is reduced by 1/3. Let glaze cool then stir in the maple syrup and Sriracha.

Season salmon with blood orange olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Cook in a preheated pan on high heat. Place salmon filets into dry pan, searing one side for about 7 minutes. Should appear brown and crusty. Turn over salmon and spoon on glaze over the salmon. Continue cooking until salmon is cooked.

Serve salmon with orange peels as garnish along with your favorite rice and/or vegetables.
